Sporting a pair of 6L6 / 5881 power valves, this deceptively simple amp will deliver all the grunt you need.

 

Single channel it may be, but add in the footswitchable dual master volume controls and sublime Cornford overdrive and you've got the perfect backline partner.

 

Just take a look at some of the artists using the MK50H and you'll see that great tone doesn't have to be complicated.

 

TYPE: All valve, single channel head with solid-state rectification. Footswitchable master volumes and gain/overdrive (effectively the same as most companies 2 channel amps).

FRONT PANEL: From left to right:

Hi and Lo Input Sockets; Volume; Overdrive; Bass; Middle; Treble; Master 1; Master2; Presence; Resonance; Standby Toggle Switch; Mains Toggle Switch with LED Indicator.
 

REAR PANEL: From left to right:

Mains Input, Mains Fuse, H.T. Fuse, Speaker Impedance Selector 4, 8 or 16 ohms, Speaker Sockets, Series Effects Loop send and return, Footswitch Socket.
 

ACCESSORIES: Footswitch and top quality cable wired to Neutrik connectors; mains lead - 10 feet long (at least it'll reach the floor if you're using two cabinets), moulded plugs each end; speaker lead - 2 feet top quality 8mm cable with nickel plated Neutrik jacks.
 

EFFECTS LOOP: Valve powered series effect loop.
 

HARDWARE: All corners, screws, cup washers, handle fixings etc are nickel plated. Grills are bespoke CNC punched and powder coated. 14 gauge (2mm) powder coated chassis with 14 gauge base / screening plate secured to chassis with 4 machine screws. Leather handle.
 

CONSTRUCTION: Totally handbuilt and point-to-point hand wired in the UK, all components bolted directly to the chassis.
 

TRANSFORMERS: Custom designed in house and hand wound.
 

SPEAKER(S): Not applicable.
 

REVERB: No.
 

FOOTSWITCH: Handmade two button footswitch - 14 gauge, powder coated metal with LED indicators for Master 2 and Overdrive.
 

CABINET: Made from 19mm birch plywood, lock jointed, finished in Cornford Oxblood Tolex.
